Founder and Managing Partner Ulrich Nettesheim is widely recognized as a 20+ years leadership expert and advisor to senior leadership, working at the intersection of leadership, organizations and strategy. Ulrich was a guest lecturer at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business for seven years and, prior to his consulting career, was a Head of Strategy for the USC Medical Center. Ulrich has served as a board director, board advisor and angel investor, and is an active reviewer for the California Management Review. He completed his graduate studies at Columbia University (B-School + Org Psych). Ulrich is a dual German citizen, a soccer and basketball fanatic, and loves to travel.
Onno is an Associate at N Leadership and has advised and coached leaders at companies like Oracle, Adobe, Dropbox, GAP, Whole Foods Market, Opendoor, Fisher Investments, Solar Mosaic, Kateeva, Lam Research, and many others. His expertise includes working with managers, executives and leadership teams as well as designing high impact, action-learning programs and experiences. Prior to consulting, Onno developed award-winning biomimicry products as a graduate of Stanford's engineering program.
